And The World Goes Round And Round is a song from Dragon Tales Season 1. It shows how fun it is to have a friend and it's what really makes the world go "round and round".

Lyrics[]

Get up! Get up! Get up! Get up!
Get up! Get up! Get up! Get up!
Oh up on your feet
Jump to the right
Wiggle and a giggle and a hold yourself tight
Stomp on the ground with all of your might
And the world goes round and round and round
And the world goes round and round
Oh up on your feet
Jump to the right
Wiggle and a giggle and a hold yourself tight
Stomp on the ground with all of your might
And the world goes round and round and round
And the world goes round and round
Oh up on your feet (Any time)
Jump to the right (You need a hand)
Wiggle and a giggle and a hold yourself tight (All you got to do is call)
Stomp on the ground with all of your might (I'll be there until the end)
And the world goes round and round and round
And the world goes round and round
So if your looking (looking)
Open up your eyes and see!
Stop your looking (looking)
Cause you got a friend in me!
Get up! Get up! Get up! Get up!
Get up! Get up! Get up! Get up!

Trivia[]

  • Out of all the songs in Season 1, this one is used the most.
  • There is an alternate version of this song, the differences is the female vocals are absent and the “Anytime You Need a Hand” line is much easier to hear. That version is only heard on the sing-along version of the song in the Adventures in Dragon Land and It’s Cool to Me DVD Bonus Feature. This version could also be a prototype version of the song.
