Andrea Eva Libman (born July 19, 1984) is a Canadian actress for Emmy, voice actress, pianist, and singer, whose most popular on-screen appearances are in Little Women, Andre, and a guest role on The X-Files. She is also known for providing voice for characters in various animated shows, most notably the characters X-23 in X-Men: Evolution, Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, My Little Pony: Pony Life and Madeline (for seasons 2 and 3 and Madeline: Lost in Paris which went directly to video the same year Dragon Tales premiered).
For Dragon Tales, Libman also voiced the Forest Bird in "The Forest of Darkness."
