Celeste

Celeste (voiced by Ellen Kennedy) is the titular one-time character from "Sad Little Star." She is a star who doesn't feel lucky to be a star because she only gets to see Dragon Land at night, so she left the sky to see more daytime stuff, including rainbows, which she has hardly ever seen before.
