Chilly also known as Chilly the Snowman (voiced by French Tickner) is a living snowman who lives on Snowy Summit in Dragon Land. He has a pet snowpuppy named Nippy.
Physical Appearance[]
Chilly is an anthropomorphic, animated (no pun intended) snowman who has a carrot for a nose, sticks for arms, and three freckles on each cheek. He wears a purple hat with its top partly off and a red scarf with yellow polka dots and trim at the ends.

- When Chilly is out in warm air too long, he has the same symptoms of a cold, except that the illness is called a "warm" for snowmen. Unfortunately, if he sneezes too hard, his head falls off, so to avoid losing it, he has to catch it and put it back on top of his torso.
