The sequence begins with a brief bit of Max playing a drum worn around his neck. Emmy looks at the box on the drawer she holds onto, and she opens the box, revealing the dragon scale which Max looks at. Dragons on the wall come to life, flying and spinning through around the siblings as they hold the scale. The siblings are teleported to Dragon Land. That's because Max joins Emmy on a magical dragon scale trip. Ord and Cassie descend and the siblings climb on their backs. Zak and Wheezie then fly down. Then some music notes fly through Dragon Land. Zak and Wheezie are making music and marching along with other dragons, leading the band with a flying red one playing a tambourine and another flying dragon, an orange one playing cymbals. While Zak and Wheezie hold a baton, leading the dragon band, a cyan dragon plays a drum, a dark blue one plays a saxophone, a blue female one plays a trumpet and holds a purple flag, a purple one plays a flute, another blue one, a male, plays a concertina, and a chartreuse one plays a guitar. The cast gather in front of the camera pointing and then they are seen flying. At night, a rainbow comes through and a crescent moon is above with a star resting on its tip, who are both smiling with their eyes open. As the book opens, Ord looks at the bug who scares him away and Cassie uses a magnifying glass to look at the bug closer. As the bug disappears, Zak and Wheezie's necks are twisted after Zak looks up, looking scared, and Wheezie looks down, smiling with her mouth closed. The siblings hop on Ord and Cassie's backs and fly to the school. The other dragons go to school while Zak and Wheezie play trumpets. In a violet background, Quetzal points. The cast is then seen building the show's logo.
