Hello, Ms. Tipps is the nineteenth episode of the third season of Dragon Tales.

Summary[]

The class in the School in the Sky has a substitute teacher named Ms. Tipps while Quetzal attends a teachers' meeting on the other side of Dragon Land. The others have a fun day, but Lorca misses Quetzal's way of doing things. Can the others convince him to change his mind?

Ms. Tipps is voiced by Kelly Sheridan, who was best known for being the voice of the title character in the Barbie films, Sango in the anime series, Inuyasha, and Starlight Glimmer from My Little Pony.
It is shown that Sid Sycamore has a niece, but it isn't specified if he is either parent's brother or if he is or ever was married to either parent's sister (although it could be implied to be the former because he always stands alone), nor is her name revealed, and like Sid, she makes tree jokes.
