Summary[]
Quetzal as a director, presents a special play the gang is about to put on in Dragon Land which is called "Paint Your Dragon". Everyone is very excited, especially Max, since he's the star of the play by taking the painter role on painting the dragon sculpture. However, he is also very nervous on showing up on stage at the talent show in public since he's afraid of making a mistake in front of the audience, which includes Lorca, being unique and the clones of the Dragon Land citizens. To help get his nerves go away, the rest of the gang helps him on thinking happy thoughts and not thinking about the audience laughing at him about his mistake.

- Moral: Everybody makes mistakes sometimes, but that shouldn't stop you from trying your best. And even if you do make a mistake, relax. It's not the end of the world. It's also no big deal.
- This is another dramatic episode, unlike "Four Little Pigs."
- When Quetzal says, "Wonderful job, niños.", Ord raises one arm and waves it while waving the other as Quetzal says, "Muy bien hecho, Max.".
- The Spanish phrase means, "Very well done."
- In the play, Max, Zak, and Ord have speaking roles, including Quetzal who whispers to Max, "Magic paintbrush!", but Cassie in a flower costume, Emmy wearing a lei from Hawaii, and Wheezie herself don't.
- This was the first episode to air in 2002.
- At the end of the episode, Max and Emmy don't laugh. Instead, the audience on Max's radio claps one more time with Emmy saying, "Oh no, not again!".
