Nippy also known as Nippy the Snow Puppy is a living snowdog and is Chilly the Snowman's pet who lives on Snowy Summit in Dragon Land.

As said at the beginning, Nippy is a snowdog, except that his tail and ears are made of hard ice, and he wears a red winter cap.
