Rhyme birds are a fictional species of bird. They each say a row of three words that rhyme.
In "Eggs Over Easy," the mother and her baby are respectively voiced by Chantal Strand (also the voice of Cassie) and Danny McKinnon (also the voice of Max). As for the mother in this episode, however, instead of saying a row of three words that rhyme, she speaks in full sentences with a set of two rhyming words or without rhyming at all.
Then there is "Bye Bye Baby Birdie." It is apparent that all of the rhyme birds, including the daddy, are voiced by someone female.
